  • Ensures student learning environments meet or exceed current and projected instructional needs via direct oversight, coordination and management of building modification projects to support 21st Century Learning. 
  • Demonstrates fiscal competency, responsibility and ethics through collaborative development and administration of substantial projects resources and budgets.
  • Ensures that long-term operational and systems needs of facilities are met via ardent support and participation in the Capital Improvement Planning process.
  • Holds contractor license for: Building, State Building - Annual, Mechanical A (HVAC)

Responsibilities include project budgets and reports, contract documents, and qualification process
