Getting Started

DCSD App Set Up ScreenOnce the app is downloaded, you are now connected to Douglas County School District's news and notifications!

To set up which schools that you wish to follow and receive news/events from that school(s), go to the Settings button and select Start setup. You may also select Settings and update your selections at a later time.

Close the app and relaunch to refresh and receive updated information.

*Not finding your school?
Every DCSD school is listed under the "Schools" button. Almost half of our school district schools have new SchoolMessenger websites, but not every DCSD school has their website on the SchoolMessenger platform. Those schools who have not migrated to the new platform cannot have their news/events calendars pulled into the DCSD app. However, parents can still enjoy district news and notifications.
