It is the physical education department's philosophy to teach our students the value of physical activity and its contribution to a healthy lifestyle. With that hope in mind, we have developed a wide range of courses that are all fitness based. We offer 2 levels of dance, shape up, 3 levels of weight training, 2 levels of team sports, individual sports, and athletic trainer. We look forward to helping our students learn what it takes to stay in shape for a lifetime.
Student of the Month
The physical education department would like to recognize Aren Griffenberg as the student of the month. "Aren is always enthusiastic about participating in strength and conditioning, gives maximum effort, and recently told me that he has lost weight and gained strength. He is excited to keep getting in better physical condition and we all are very proud of him!"
