It is the physical education department's philosophy to teach our students the value of physical activity and its contribution to a healthy lifestyle. With that hope in mind, we have developed a wide range of courses that are all fitness based. We offer 2 levels of dance, shape up, 3 levels of weight training, 2 levels of team sports, individual sports, and athletic trainer. We look forward to helping our students learn what it takes to stay in shape for a lifetime.

The physical education department would like to recognize Dominick Stone as the student of the month. Dominick's energy and enthusiasm in class is contagious. Whether he is completing a dynamic warm up or playing in a game during Advanced Team Sports, Dominick has a great attitude and always brings his best effort. Congratulations, Dominick!
