Attendance Reporting

In the event of a student's absence, please use the following guidelines when reporting your student's absence:

ALL DAY ABSENCE

The preferred method to excuse a student for an all-day absence from school is to call the attendance line and leave a message that includes: student's name, date, reason for absence, name of person calling, relationship to student, contact number.

LEAVING EARLY OR ARRIVING LATE

The preferred method to excuse a student that will leave early or arrive late to school is via a hand written note. The note, must be written in ink and include: student's name, date, time of absence, if he or she will be returning, parent or guardian signature and contact information. A telephone message can be left on the attendance line to excuse a student who will be leaving early or when he or she is arriving late to school. The message must include: student's name, date, time of absence, if he or she will be returning, parent or guardian signature and contact information.

Messages on the "leave early" line are checked once an hour.

ALL STUDENTS MUST SIGN OUT OR IN AT THE ATTENDANCE WINDOW WHEN LEAVING EARLY OR ARRIVING LATE!
