For student registration the below items will need to be completed and returned to Chris Bunker. You will receive communication of the status of your registration once all documents are received and processed. Once the student record is created you will be required to create a Parent Portal account and complete the registration process on-line.
- Warranty Deed - Deed of Trust - Tax Notice - Lease Agreement - Copy of Douglas County Assessors Page - Notarized Proof of Residency Letter (if you currently reside at a property and your name is not on any of the above listed accepted documents. The resident that resides at that property will also need to provide one of the above listed Proof of Residency forms as well.
