Northeast’s vision is to create a learning environment where students are empowered to create opportunites for themselves and others. We celebrate our dedication to putting the needs of our students first. Classrooms offer differentiated learning to accommodate all learners. Our goal is to meet every student’s needs and achieve at least a years’ growth.
Through Project Based Learning, our students gain knowledge and skills by working for an extended period of time to investigate and respond to an authentic, engaging and complex question, problem, or challenge. Learn more...
The Arts also play a significant role in our learning environment. Northeast’s rich history includes having one of the largest choir programs and offering instrumental music. Additional opportunities include Running Club, Art Club, Dodge Ball, Chess Club, Spanish, Math Olympiad, Battle of the Books, and so much more! If your child has an interest, we likely have offerings to support their learning!
Northeast is a caring community of learners. We infuse character education into our curriculum, based on research that correlates a link between character education with improved academic achievement, behavior, school culture, peer interaction and involvement. We work to develop and grow in the areas of our Northeast Character Traits: Compassion, Integrity, Resiliency, Stewardship, Craftsmanship and Curiosity.
