Due to our current student enrollment, senior and junior students will have the first opportunity to purchase a LHS parking permit for the 2016-2017 school year during designated online purchase dates.  Those dates are July 18-31 for seniors and July 25-31 for juniors.  Parents will be receiving an email on the first day that they are allowed to purchase with the link to the purchase website.  The cost is $50.00.

For seniors and juniors who do yet have a license, it is advised to make payment while permits are still available if you plan to park at LHS at any point during the 2016-2017 school year due to limited availability.  In these instances, students will receive their parking permit from Security once they have their license.  They must bring a Completed Parking Contract (linked below or printed from online purchase website), COPY of driver’s license, COPY of insurance, and receipt verifying purchase to SECURITY.  Copies will not be made at school.

Sophomore students will be able to give their name to Amy Maupin, secretary in Post Grad, starting August 9th, to be placed on a waitlist for any parking spaces that may be available during the 2016-2017 school year.  Sophomore students must have a valid driver’s license to be placed on the waitlist and should not pre-pay.

Students must have all prior year(s) outstanding fees/fines in their Infinite Campus account paid in full prior to receiving a parking permit.  If there are any outstanding fees/fines, you may lose your opportunity to obtain a permit.

Students must have a valid LHS parking permit displayed on their vehicle by Monday, August 15th.  Any vehicle that is parked in the parking lot after that date without a valid permit will be issued a parking violation.  NO warning tickets will be issued.  Any parking violation will result in a monetary fine, towing, disciplinary action, or suspension/loss of parking permit for the remainder of the school year at the discretion of the LHS Administration with no refund.

GOLD LOT RULES - Remember, you MUST remove your vehicle from the Gold Lot by 3:15p on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for marching band practice until November 1st.  Students can move their car to another lot if staying after school.  Failure to do so will result in a fine and possibly towing.
