Download and complete the 2017-2018 Enrollment Packet and provide the following required documents to enroll:
Proof of Residence - Warranty Deed, Deed of Trust, Tax Notice, Assessor Page, Notorized Proof of Residency form (completed by the person you are living with if you are living with someone and your name does not appear on the proof of residency. A copy of their proof of residency must be given at enrollment.)
Completed enrollment packet and required documents must be submitted to Registrar to begin the enrollment process.
