Instructions for managing your Parent Account

Parents New To The District With Newly Created Open Enrollment Accounts

You will have created your own username and password during the open enrollment process. If you have forgotten either your username or password, you must call IT support center at 303-387-0001 to recover your credentials.

Parents With Students Currently Enrolled in DCSD

Once you have a student enrolled in a DCSD school, portal accounts are created automatically. If you are new to the district, you will receive an email notification with instructions for claiming your portal account. If you did not receive this email, please contact your school registrar. Once you have your credentials, you can use the instructions below to manage your portal account
