Bus Route Information
Bus route information for the 2025-2026 school year will be available in the SMART tag™ Parent App by late July / early August. If you are eligible, and wish to utilize DCSD busing in the coming school year, be sure to indicate this during the Express Check-In process.
As a reminder, DCSD will again be following a rolling cancellation bus schedule this year. This allows us to offer more bus routes, even with a driver shortage. As happened last year, for general education bus routes, each student’s route will be on for four weeks and then off for one week, with this schedule rotating throughout the school year. As a reminder this rolling cancellation schedule is for general education bus routes only. Special Education students who have transportation as a related service will not experience any route cancellations.

General education students who are eligible will have a transportation link available at engaged.dcsdk12.org to request a new bus pass and make your transportation fee choice for the 2025-2026 school year. If you do not have this link, you may not be eligible for transportation. Please reach out to us to verify this information.
