HVAC Scheduling Procedures

HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) Scheduling Procedures

1.  All requests need to be filled out using the online HVAC request form.  The e-mail address for HVAC scheduling is HVAC_Request[at]dcsdk12[dot]org.

2.  HVAC cycles are Monday through Sunday.

3.  Schedule only one week at a time.  Reoccurring events need to be scheduled weekly.

4.  HVAC requests must be received no later than the Tuesday before the scheduled week.

5.  Include the Air Handling Unit (AHU) or Roof Top Unit (RTU) on your request.

6.  Use only black text or your requests.

7.  School name or initials must be first in the subject line of the request.

8.  No event number is needed.
