Front of DCSD Senior Gold Card

Please fill out the online form to apply for a free DCSD Senior Gold Card. Uploading proof of residency in Douglas County, Colorado, is required. Once verified, you will receive your Gold Card in the mail. Please allow up to two weeks for processing and to receive your card.

The DCSD Senior Gold Card is free for persons 60 years of age or older who reside in Douglas County.

If you would like to receive your Gold Card sooner, please apply in person at 620 Wilcox St., Castle Rock, CO 80104, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Please note DCSD does not share your private information. Your uploaded driver's license is used solely for address confirmation and age verification.

Please upload a copy of your Colorado driver's license for age and residency verification. A photo or scan of your driver's license would be acceptable. Digital files will be deleted, and physical files will be shredded after address verification. DCSD does not share your private information.

Terms and Conditions

The Senior Gold Card is only valid at DCSD-hosted events and cannot be used to gain free entrance at events hosted by other school districts or entities.   

  • Must show Senior Gold Card at ticket booth to receive a ticket – no online sales.
  • There are a handful of events exempt from the Senior Gold Card program. These blackout events will be listed on the DCSD Senior Gold Card webpage. Tickets for these events may be purchased using the DCSD senior citizen discount.
  • Senior Gold Cards are not valid for playoff games (postseason games/tournaments are administered by the Colorado High School Activities Association, not school districts).
  • Senior Gold Cards are non-transferable (but they are free, so please encourage eligible spouses, friends and family members to apply for their own Senior Gold Card!).
  • Seats may not be reserved or held.
  • Senior Gold Card applications are not available at event locations.
  • Tickets are first come, first served. Tickets cannot be issued on site for sold-out or over-capacity events.
  • Senior Gold Card members will receive occasional email communication on DCSD news and information. Recipients may unsubscribe at any time.
