Before starting, please have the following required documents ready as .pdf or .jpeg files. Using a scanning app is recommended for better document quality.

Missing or incorrect documents WILL DELAY your application, as it will be returned for corrections.

• Parent/Guardian government-issued ID (e.g. driver's license)
• Student(s) government-issued birth certificate
• Student(s) immunization records (per Colorado Law/CDPHE website)
• Proof of residency (choose one from list below):
  • Signed lease agreement, including tenant names, address, lease term dates and signature of both parties
  • Signed purchase agreement, including address, buyer names and signatures of both parties
  • Warranty deed, property tax notice, or County Assessor's Page
  • Notarized Proof of Residency Letter from the person you are living with, along with their proof of residency

While not required for OLR processing, a student Transcript/Last Report Card is necessary at the Secondary level (Middle/High) for class placement and schedule creation. This may be uploaded in the OLR application or submitted directly to the school.

Access the Online Registration (OLR) Application

Once application review is complete, you will receive an email from a "noreply_ic" address regarding your OLR Application status. Incomplete OLR Applications will be returned to you (un-submitted) for correction and may be re-submitted once complete. 

Processing time will depend on the accuracy of the application submission, required documents, and time of year. Missing or incorrect documents will delay the processing of your OLR Application.

This application is for students who live in Douglas County but do not attend a DCSD school and would like to participate in Athletics/Activities at a DCSD school.

Be sure to select the "Athletics/Activities Only" option in the application

Access the Athletics/Activities Only OLR application

Access your Parent Portal login page. From the menu, select "More" then "Online Registration" to access the Online Registration (OLR) application.
