IT Support Options

For Device Support requests, please begin by submitting a Web Help Desk ticket (choosing the appropriate Request Type) at helpdesk.dcsdk12.org (district login required).

Most requests will initiate with your local CRT/DATL and will be escalated to the ITSC, if necessary.

For immediate support needs, you can also call the ITSC at x70001 (or 303-387-0001 if using a non-district phone).
