Summer Registration

Are you NEW to the District?  Central Enrollment is now being done this summer using On-Line Registration (OLR).  Parents may access the enrollment application via a computer making sure documents are available in an electronic format. Please note, the application is compatible with phones and tablets, it is just more difficult to upload documents.

Please use this LINK  to access On-Line Registration.  The following documents need to be scanned and uploaded into OLR.OLR Link

  • Your State ID or a Driver’s License  
  • Student(s) Birth Certificate
  • Student(s) Immunization Record
  • Proof of Residency – Warranty Deed, Deed of Trust, current Property Tax Notice, Lease Agreement, County Assessor Page, or Notarized Proof of Residency letter from the person you are living with.
  • Household Information – address and phone numbers
  • Parent Information – addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers
  • Emergency Contacts – addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers.
  • Student Information – demographic information, transcript (grades 10-12) or report card, and health/medication information.

What equipment do I need to do OLR at home?

  • Laptop, Desktop, Chromebook, Tablets, or Phones.
  • Scanner (photos from phones need to be clear and readable).  Documents need to be in a PDF format.

School Registration Forms and Policies

Are you new to Douglas County School District? Need to register your children for school? All new student registrations are done at your School of Residence. Not sure which school your children should attend? You can find the school boundary information on the Boundary Maps tab above. If you can't find the neighborhood school information on the Boundary Maps tab, please contact our office at 720-433-0095.

Required documents for Registration

  • Birth Certificate (State certified preferred)
  • Immunization Records Colorado Law
  • Proof of Residence (Warranty Deed, Deed of Trust, Property Tax Notice, Lease Agreement, County Assessor Page or Notarized Proof of Residency letter from the person you are living with (if your name doesn't appear on the proof of residency) along with a copy of their proof of residency.
  • Transcript, Last Report Card or Withdrawal Form (whichever has the most current grade information).
