Student Data Privacy

When considering a new digital resource (free or paid, app or web-based) it is required that teachers and schools look at what student data, if any, will be provided to the vendor and whether or not the vendor is committed to protecting the data as required under FERPA and the Colorado Student Data Transparency and Security Act.

Everyone has a role in protecting student data.
