DCSD Superintendent Search


Douglas County School District is seeking its next permanent superintendent. Following a thorough vetting of potential search firms, the DCSD Board of Education has selected Frederick Andrews to conduct our superintendent search.

The DCSD Board of Education will be focusing on a more regional search (versus a nationwide search) in hopes of finding an internal or local candidate with strong ties to the Douglas County School District community.

The permanent superintendent search process is being led by Tim DeMers of Frederick Andrews. Mr. DeMers is a Douglas County resident and parent. Frederick Andrews has an office location in Denver and has extensive experience working with educational organizations, spanning from public and private (K-Higher Education), small and large technical schools and training programs, and online instructional programs.
