Pathways

  • The Bridge Pathways program is for those students that require a significant amount of adult support to access their learning environment and their community.
  • Pathways students work on pre-employment skills within the classroom setting, as well as, self-care skills and independent living skills.
  • Students in the Pathways program participate in at least one weekly community outing or activity.
  • There are two Bridge Pathways programs located in Lone Tree.
