DCSD Child Find is part of the district's Special Education program. It is a resource for families who are residents of Douglas County. Our Child Find teams offer developmental assessments at no charge to young children from
2 years 10 months through age 5.

As of May 1, 2022 families requesting services for their children under 2 years 10 months old will go directly to Early Intervention Colorado:

You will be contacted by email in 10-15 business days. Intakes received over the summer can anticipate appointments in the late fall.
