The site/department that hired you or the SPED office must submit your hiring paperwork through Onboarding in Workday. You will also submit your hiring paperwork through Onboarding in Workday (sent to you through your personal email account--open the link in Internet Explorer for best results). All SPED, Facilities, and Nutrition Services employees must pass the required physical before reporting for work. If you have questions you may contact Human Resources Customer Care at 720-433-0140.
On your first day of work (if not before), bring the following items with you to complete the I-9 form:
Two original forms of identification (read instructions carefully for acceptable IDs for the I-9 form found in the hiring packet)
A photocopy of the above identifications
If you are eligible for insurance benefits, you have up to 31 days from your start date to complete and submit these forms. The link is provided in your New Hire packet through Onboarding.
