Missing, incorrect or illegible documents WILL DELAY your submission, as it will be returned for corrections.

• Parent/Guardian government-issued ID (e.g. driver's license)
• Student(s) government-issued birth certificate
• Student(s) immunization records (per Colorado Law/CDPHE website)
• Proof of residency (only ONE form is required from list below):
  • Signed lease agreement, including tenant names, address, lease term dates and signature of both parties
  • Signed purchase agreement, including address, buyer names and signatures of both parties
  • Warranty deed, property tax notice, or Douglas County Assessor's Page
  • Verified Proof of Residency Letter from the person you are living with, along with their proof of residency. Letter must be notarized.

While not required for admission, a student Transcript/Last Report Card is necessary at the Secondary level (Middle/High) for class placement and schedule creation. This may be uploaded during the admissions process or submitted directly to the school.

Access Admissions via Online Registration (OLR)

Once the admissions review process is complete, you will receive an email from a "noreply_ic" address regarding your submission status. Incomplete submissions will be returned to you (un-submitted) for correction and may be re-submitted once complete. 

Processing time will depend on the accuracy of your submission, required documents, and time of year. Missing, incorrect or illegible documents will delay the processing of your submission.

Access your Infinite Campus Parent Portal login page. From the 3 bars icon (top left), select "More" then "Admissions Online Registration" to begin the Admissions Process.
