Admissions is the process by which a student is admitted into Douglas County School District, including completing Online Registration, submitting required documents, and receiving confirmation from the district.

Our schools
- An ADDRESS ASSIGNED SCHOOL means a public, non-charter school, where you are guaranteed placement because you live in that school's attendance zone in alignment with District Board policies JCA/JFB and JCA/JFB-R
. - A public, NON-CHARTER SCHOOL that is outside of your attendance zone can be requested, but enrollment is not guaranteed.
- A public, tuition free, CHARTER SCHOOL is a school where there are no guaranteed placements due to attendance zones, are open to anyone to apply, and have their own enrollment guidelines and processes.
