Transcript and Records Request

Currently Enrolled Students:

  • If your child is currently enrolled in a Douglas County School, please contact their school directly to request any student records.

Former Students, Alumni, and Other Requests:

  • For former students, alumni, education verifications, background checks, and requests from government agencies (excluding subpoenas), all records requests must be submitted online.
  • Please note: We no longer accept requests via fax, phone, email, or mail.

How to Request Records:

  • Online Records Request System (ScribOrder):
    • Please use our secure online system, ScribOrder, to submit your request.
  • SAT and ACT Test Scores:

High School Diplomas:

  • We do not keep copies of high school diplomas as they are a gift from your high school at the time of graduation.
  • If you have misplaced your diploma, we can provide you with an official transcript, which may serve as proof of graduation.
