Student Records Request

Student Data & Enrollment Services offers valuable guidance and direction to Douglas County school employees and the community regarding student data and information and student registration information.  We also manage academic records pertaining to alumni and students who have withdrawn, and we ensure the accuracy of documentation pertaining to student records and releasing of student information.

Currently, the West Support Center building is closed to outside visitors. If you would like to make an appointment or speak to someone in the Student Data & Enrollment Services department, please reach out to us.

Transcripts/Education Verification Requests

SDES accepts transcript requests online through ScribOrder. Transcripts will be delivered electronically via secure email. Requests needing it mailed through USPS should make note in Special Instructions. Thank you for your patience.
