Building Maintenance is responsible for the upkeep, repair and safe operation of DCSD facilities. We provide expertise in every aspect of building management and maintenance. The skilled trade mechanics' priorities are fire, life and safety. Our craftsmen are engaged in constructing, assembling, repairing, fabricating and maintaining the heating, cooling, electrical, audio visual and plumbing systems.
