Flexible Spending Accounts

Douglas County School District offers several options for employees: a Health Flexible Spending Account (Health FSA), Limited Purpose (Dental/Vision) FSA, and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (Dependent Care FSA). Employee contributions through payroll deduction to these plans are not subject to federal or state income taxes and Medicare taxes. These plans are administered by HSA Bank. They can be accessed via www.hsabank.com or Customer Service: (800) 357-6246. If you enroll in the High Deductible Plan (HDHP), you can ONLY enroll in the Limited Purpose FSA and/or Dependent Care FSA.
