The Long Range Planning Committee usually holds its meetings the first Wednesday of each month at the DCSD Legacy Campus (10035 S Peoria St., Lone Tree, CO 80134) from 6:00-8:00 p.m., with additional subcommittee meetings as needed. Further public meetings are occasionally held to review situations with affected communities to gain their input. Any changes to the regular schedule will be made 1 month in advance and will be posted below. District staff prepares all information either in advance, or at the request of members. Meeting agendas are typically posted 1 week prior to the meeting date.
