VALE Students Bring Business and Nonprofit Ideas to Life

VALE Students Bring Business and Nonprofit Ideas to Life
Chelane Garcia-Herrada

The Venture Academy of Leadership and Entrepreneurship (VALE) recently hosted its annual Vendorium, an open-air style market showcase that celebrates entrepreneurship, creativity and real-world learning.

The event provided students with the opportunity to launch and promote their own businesses and nonprofits while building connections with community members and local supporters. Student-created products and services included plants, food, skincare items, jewelry, hand-painted press-on nails, face painting, photography sessions, small aquariums and more, highlighting the wide range of talents and innovative ideas developed by VALE students.

Through the Vendorium experience, students gained valuable, hands-on learning in entrepreneurship, including product development, marketing, customer service and sales. The event also demonstrated strong community support for student learning and innovation, welcoming more than 350 guests this year!

The Vendorium continues to showcase how VALE students are turning creativity and passion into meaningful real-world experiences.
