The Prairie Crossing Elementary (PCE) community celebrated a proud moment when a former student returned to share her talents. Earlier this spring, former PCE student Neve Cavalcanti painted a beautiful mural for the school.
The artwork serves as a reminder that staff and students continue to learn and grow together, year after year. Neve’s exceptional artistic abilities were recognized early on by Prairie Crossing’s art teacher, Brett St. Germain. Reconnecting over their shared passion, the two collaborated to plan and bring this inspiring mural to life.
Neve will be entering her senior year at Chaparral High School in the 2026-2027 school year. We look forward to seeing where her creativity takes her next!
