In early February, Swallow Hill Music brought its Rhythmic Drums Experience to Eagle Ridge Elementary students. The multicultural experience explored rhythm and percussion and its evolution from Africa through the Caribbean, Brazil and the Americas. Many types of instruments, such as dun duns, djembes, talking drums and congas, were part of this energetic and interactive assembly. Students were thrilled to have the opportunity to play instruments with the performers.
