The purpose of the Interim Report is to provide the opportunity to evaluate progress toward meeting the goal(s) of the Group Incentive Plan (GIP) and to make changes in the assessment(s) or data collection instruments as well as in strategies and activities if necessary.
 
Limit the Interim Report to three (3) pages not including the visual representation(s) of the data.
 
Send the Interim Report (one (1) electronic copy or hard copy) to your Group Incentive Board representative by the designated date. Keep a hard copy for your records.
