Having trouble with your pedometer?

Please check that you have done the following:

• You are wearing the ped correctly
• You have registered the ped correctly
• You have been near a receiver
• You have checked the “last seen” date on your logged-in area of www.sonicboomwellness.com. If it was not within the last 48 hours, it’s likely that the ped is dead
• You have allowed AT LEAST 24 hours for an upload – occasionally the data gets “plugged,” and will take a day or even two – before uploading to your site.
• You have checked the battery – if it’s 30% or below, the battery is likely failing and you need to replace the ped. Has the battery jumped to 99%?  If so, the ped has “reset” itself and will likely fail.
