• Awarded per section of 15-25 students
  
  
• Multiple content levels (ie Spanish I and II, English II semester 1 and English II semester 2) may be combined to equal a section

STARLab teachers

• If course enrollment is less than 15 students, instruction is included in current 1.0 compensation
  
  
• If course enrollment exceeds 15 student, .1 fte will be added to current compensation
