Douglas County School District Yesterday, Today & Tomorrow
DCSD turns 50 years old at the start of the 2008-2009 school year. In 50 years we have grown to become the third largest school district in the state, and continue to be one of the fastest growing school districts in the country. DCSD maintains its position as one of the highest achieving districts in Colorado.

Our Board of Education is considering a Bond and Budget measure for the November 2008 election. On this page, you will find factual information on DCSD. Please take some time to look through the information. Contacts are included if you have specific clarifying questions.
