Kristine A. Turner
President

Kristine is a clinical psychologist who is sole proprietor of New Beginnings, a small seminar business. She teaches a high school leadership program for the county, and delivers seminars on tolerance and diversity through CETAV (Cameron Ebel Teens Against Violence). She also leads “Parenting after Divorce” seminars for the courts. She graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder, with a B.S. in Biology and Psychology and she earned her Ph.D. at the Pacific Graduate School of Psychology in Palo Alto, California. Kristine serves on the Douglas County Partnership of Governments and has served on the Long Range Planning Committee for Douglas County School District, as well as the Buffalo Ridge Elementary School Advisory Council. Kristine has four children who attend Douglas County schools. She has been a resident of Douglas County since 1994.

Emily Hansen

Emily has lived in Colorado since 1971 and in Parker since 1998. She has a BA in Economics and has worked in the IT industry, including educational course design and technical training for two Colorado based software companies. Since 1999, she has been a stay-at-home parent and community volunteer. She has served on the Douglas County District Accountability Committee and the School Accountability Committees at both Prairie Crossing Elementary School and the Renaissance Expeditionary Learning Outward Bound Magnet School. She and her husband, Chris Cole, have three children, ages 13, 6 and 4 who attend or will attend Douglas County schools.

Ryan J. Stuart

Ryan lives in Highlands Ranch with his wife, Amy, and their two children. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from Stanford, a Master’s in Education Policy from Harvard, and a law degree from Georgetown. Ryan is a Deputy District Attorney, prosecuting felonies in the First Judicial District. He is also an elected director on the Highlands Ranch Metropolitan District.

John Carson

John and his wife Eileen have three children and have lived in the Westridge section of Highlands Ranch since 2002. John is an attorney in the Denver office of Snell & Wilmer law firm. He previously served as the Rocky Mountain Regional Director for the U.S. Development of Housing and Urban Development in the Administration of President George W. Bush. Earlier in his career, John served in a number of legislative positions on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. John is a graduate of the University of Colorado in Boulder, with a BA in Political Science and a Juris Doctorate. During college John served in the Marine Corps Reserve. He also holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University. John grew up in Colorado and attended Green Mountain High School in Lakewood.

Clifton D. Stahl

Clifton Stahl lives in Highlands Ranch with his wife, Kimberly, and their 7 year old son, Drew.  Cliff is a Littleton native who is a finance graduate of the University of Colorado – Denver. Currently, Cliff’s career is in the sales department of Shea Homes where he has worked the past 7 years. In his spare time Cliff enjoys playing golf and coaching Drew’s little league baseball team.

Timothy L. White

With nearly 30 years experience in the commercial construction industry, Tim White is one of the most productive and respected businessmen along the Front Range and Northeastern Colorado. Armed with a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial construction management from Colorado State University in 1972, White’s entrepreneurial spirit shone early. In recognition of twenty years in business and the completion of its new headquarters in Castle Rock, White changed the name to White Construction Group in 2004. His personal involvements in civic service as an elected official to board-level positions on economic development councils, White holds board level positions with the Castle Rock Economic Development Council, Parker Economic Development Council, Adams County Economic Development Council, Brighton Downtown Development Authority, Center for Tax Policy, and is on the Board of Trustees for the Southeast Business Partnership. He is current board president for the Intermountain Rural Electric Association, and is a board member for the Colorado Rural Electric Association, the Guaranty Bank and Trust Company, the Eben Ezer Lutheran Health Care Center Board and Colorado Preservation Inc. White also oversees a 3,000-acre land conservancy as vice president of the Cherokee Ranch and Castle Foundation. Recently he led a delegation from Douglas County School District on a trip through China where they established sister schools and explored ways to expand opportunities to enrich education for students, staff and their communities. As a result of his involvement, he was named as an honorary board member with the Denver Chinese School. White has a passion for maintaining the rural heritage and culture of Colorado. In his spare time he enjoys water skiing, blues music and theater performances.

Justin G. Williams

Justin and his wife, Julie, have 5 children and live in Parker.  He is an Investment Advisor who received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah. His interests include Scouts, teaching youth classes, Little League coaching, volunteering at his children’s school, playing with his children, traveling and basketball. Justin is a current member of the Parker Special Licensing Board as well.
