A:There is about a 3-day period before new student information is updated.

A:Café Prepay may charge a processing fee up to 6% for credit card transactions. The processing fee for direct withdrawls from a bank account is $1.00.

In order for the Café Prepay service to remain free to your school, they must charge you a service fee to cover the cost imposed by the banking fees of transferring the money to the school, as well as the cost of maintaining the website.
