- High-Performing Staff

- Effective Organizational Development

The School Board adopts seven Core Values |
1996 |
The District revises their Decision-Making framework (N + 1) |
1998 |
The District drafts their first Strategic Plan |
2000 |
The
District revises their Mission and Core Values, adding Continuous
Improvement. The District forms the Continuous Quality Improvement
department. |
2003 |
New leadership brings a renewed focus:
- Take Responsibility for Policy Governance
- Continuous Improvement Cycle – Problem, Cause, Treatment, Results
- Project Management to close identified gaps

Introduces Balanced Scorecard as a method for monitoring results
