Meet the Staff

With a cumulative experience of over 150 years in the construction industry, our department is perfectly positioned to provide the taxpayers of our District with the highest level of quality in the design and construction of our new and remodeled schools. Our primary goal with each project is to provide a physical environment that is conducive to learning, and to provide a level of safety that the parents expect. We have consistently met the expectations of our stakeholders with the opening of each new school and facility upgrage, and look forward to continuing this success in the future.

	Margaret Anderson Project Manager 303-387-0313 Margaret is a Registered Architect in the State of Colorado and has been working as an architect/project manager in the Denver area since 1990. She manages design and construction of new facilities, addition/remodels of existing facilities funded by the bond and capital reserve projects. She also manages all the synthetic turf replacements along with the warranty issues.
	John Caligaris Project Manager 303-387-0383 John has over 25 years of experience as a project manager, owner's representative, and construction executive. The majority of his career has been in the design and construction of educational facilities for school districts across the state and the metro area. He is a licensed architect with a Masters in Architecture from the University of Oklahoma.
	John Conklin Project Manager 303-387-0315 John has been a licensed architect for 28 years. He recently joined Douglas County School District as a Project Manager for both new and addition/remodel projects funded by the Bond.
	Annette M. Ernst Project Manager 303-387-0395 Annette has been working in multiple facets of K-12 construction since 1988. She manages new and addition / remodel projects funded by the Bond as well as projects funded by the Capital Reserve.

Nona Jamison
Construction Specialist

Nona has been with the school district since 1987 in her current support position. She supports all the Project Managers through financial accounting on all projects and preparing construction legal documents.

Sharon Lambdin
Project & Capital Reserve Manager

Sharon has been involved with local construction in one way or another since 1974. She manages new and addition/remodel projects funded by the Bond and facilitates the completion of all Capital Reserve projects.

Tonia Toca
Project Manager

Tonia has been working within the architectural and construction industries for over twenty years. She has extensive experience in public school design and construction in the metro area. She manages the design and construction of new facilities and addition/remodel projects funded by the Bond. Tonia has a Masters of Architecture from the University of Colorado.
