Purchasing and Contracting

Warehouse Delivery Schedule and Forms

Warehouse deliveries will be delivered once per week per school according to the following schedule:

--Orders must be in Oracle by 1PM TWO DAYS before delivery--
Monday**	CRM, CVH, MDV, SH, CSE, REM, DCH, DCHSA, CRE, SOUTH
Tuesday	RR, FS, MM, CVE, FT, Grounds, PH, SG, MVP, NEI
Wednesday	PCA, NT, CC, TB, TRH, RVM, STM, SR, BC, NR, AW, CME, MVH, MRM, SV, HE, CRUN, SC, EE, HR-N, TLC
Thursday	LHS, FV, PE, IH, PLP, PLI, SM, LP, GRE, PCE, CT, PG, C2E, BRIDGE-PK, MH, SSC, ET, CH, UCC
Friday	LT, ER, AG, ECC, BRIDGE-HR, ISS-NORTH, CMS, HRH, RXP, RXI, SED, LK, MCS, BR, TT, RHM, RCH, WM, RS, FC

*	Delivery of warehouse supplies and mail.
**	1st& 3rd Mondays delete pick ups (books, AV, computer)
Note 1:	Cantril, DCO, MEDIA, DCEF, DCF, WT, O&M, ITS, Grounds and the Wilcox building will be delivered as needed in the afternoon.
Note 2:	All items will be delivered and picked up at ONE location at each site
Note 3:	When a holiday occurs, deliveries will be re-arranged so each site will still receive a delivery.

These forms are available in PDF format. View these forms using Adobe Acrobat Reader. You may view these forms and then print the appropriate one directly on your printer. When more than one copy is necessary simply print the appropriate number and circle the corresponding color or department before forwarding.
