Richard Cosgrove, P.E., Director

Richard is a licensed Professional Engineer in Colorado. He has
managed all aspects of pre-design, design, construction, close-out, and
warranty activities for K-12 construction programs and projects.
He directs all Bond and Capital Reserve construction projects for the
District. He has 26 years of experience in the construction field.
