From Parker/Castle Rock: Go north on I25. Take off -ramp to Lincoln and turn left/west onto Lincoln. Turn right on Yosemite. Turn left on Park Meadows Drive. Building 8200 is on the left/south side of Park Meadows Drive.
From Highlands Ranch/Littleton:
From Quebec Street, turn east on Park Meadows Drive. Building 8200 is on the south side of Park Meadows Drive.

The Douglas County Preschool Program is an inclusive program for both typically developing students and students identified with special needs.

District Maps

Douglas County Schools, Colorado Preschool & Kindergarten Program (CPKP) will begin accepting applications for the 2008/09 school year on Monday, May 5, 2008. This program targets families who, due to financial or situation circumstances may be unable to provide a preschool experience for their child. Developmental risk factors of the child may also be considered. Eligibility will be based on level of need.

Children must be 4 years old before October 1, 2008. Children, who turn 5 years old on or before October 1, 2008, and eligible for kindergarten, cannot apply for this program.

Preschool classes begin in August and run through May. This program offers Monday through Thursday afternoon class sessions.

Preschool sites are located in the Parker, Highlands Ranch and Castle Rock areas. Class start and end times vary per preschool site.

The deadline for applications is Friday, May 23, 2008. A confirmation or regret letter will be mailed to all applicants the week of June 2, 2008

Child  Find

Child Find provides free developmental assessments for young children from birth to Kindergarten age eligivle (age 5) of age for whom there may be a question of a development delay.
