Information and Technology Services (ITS)
Application Support Team

The Application Support team provides 1st and 2nd level support, as well as training, and testing of enterprise applications as defined by ITS management. Currently, Infinite Campus, First Class, and Kronos are supported by the team. This support will continue to expand to include additional applications.

How to contact us:  

  • Helpdesk ticket - Helpdesk tickets help us track our workload and priorities and are automatically routed to the Application Support Specialists for those applications we support. Training questions may also be directed to us in this manner.
    Application Support Team Hotline - within district, we may be contacted via our hotline at 303-387-0001.
